Down to the business end of the season with just 4 games left, and hasn't it gone quick. Every game is important with an unexpected loss or win that could have a real impact on fight for the third position with Quinns and Swan seemingly having a firm hold on first and second.

Kalamunda currently sit 4th just 5 points behind Mt Lawley who face a tough task against Swan this week so if results go as expected Kalamunda will be 3rd at the end of round 14. Kalamunda have been consistent performers this season and are on a 4 game winning streak. Wanneroo have tried hard with player quality just not quite up to 1st division standard. Kalamunda will be just too good.

Stirling need to win at least two aggregates to avoid automatic demotion and I suggest they view this game at home against Doubleview as a real opportunity. Despite Doubleview's position on the ladder they are better than that and recent form has been solid with 3 wins out of the last 4 including 2 away wins. Home ground will be a small advantage for Stirling and while they are winning rinks a blowout rink continues to cost them aggregates, they just lack player depth. Doubleview need to win, they sit 7th, they don't want to be there.

Losing 5 games in a row has all but ended Yokine's finals aspiration and indeed this lack of form has left them vulnerable to finishing 7th or lower. North Beach are all but certain to finish 8th though catching Yokine or Doubleview is possible if they keep winning, their recent form suggests otherwise. Sooner rather than later Yokine would hope they can recapture pre break form, I think it will start with this game.

An in form Mundaring side, 3 wins in a row, travels all the way to Quinns for what should be a good contest. Quinns are fortunate in having the Berecz rink in such good form, you can pencil in this point, and more than likely better than a few shots up. Another rink win for Quinns, probably the Hinchcliffe rink and Quinns have aggregate. It will be very hard for Mundaring they will compete well but the sheer quality of the Quinns side will prevail.

Mt Lawley, after this difficult game against Swan face Quinns at home and then Doubleview away. A tough draw but should they win two of them 3rd will be there's for the taking. Swan after a loss away against Mundaring last week sit 4 1/2 points behind Quinns and will need to win all their games to have a chance of top and 1 White next season. Swan did beat Mt Lawley away earlier this season and would back themselves to repeat the performance at home. I think they will
