Drum roll of all drum rolls this Saturday with THEE match of the season.....roll up, roll up folks it does not get bigger than this game in R14....winner takes all & if it's Wanneroo they probably get a complimentary ticket to the big dance in their back pressure!!!
If the Roo's win this then I'm calling it for the's that big of a game.
I could provide stat after stat on this game but this is a good old fashioned shootout or I could provide commentary on the other games but do the other games really matter after this?!!

Could the Kats win 2 home game in a season....hopefully?? They surely can find some home to grab some valuable points against a bottom side. However, this bottom side just beat Safety Bay last weekend & have been improving as the season progresses.
Only 1 change for the Magpies as Newstead drops out again but if the patterns trend as usual we'll surely see him back again in R16.
The usual nothing game with everything on the line as there is no glory to play for but alot at stake to lose. You would think that if the Magpies won this they have enough of a gap to 9th for the home stretch. If the Kats win then it's game-on for a playoffs spot.

My only concern for the Wizards is, if they lose this then its 2 from 5 coming into the home stretch & losing 6 games does not necessarily get you into top spot most years. Again its weirdly similar to the Roo's, if they lose then its 3 from 7 which also doesn't help trying to grab top spot.
The key for the Wizards here is scoring, get some big scores on the board & the Roo's might struggle to stay with them. Since R8 they have only averaged 73 shots per game & no over 80pts (home or away). On the contrary, Warnbro are averaging 88 shots at home for the season, there's a big difference in 15 shots.
The Wizards home form is very good with only 1 loss to the Kats, The wins are big when they get them. On the flip side the Roo's win by more Away from home than they do at Home. The Roo's did beat them by 13 shots in the corresponding fixture. It is a VERY difficult call on this one, my heart says Wanneroo but the head says Warnbro.

The Bay are travelling well even if last weekend caused a slight hiccup against a bottom side. Looks there is merit in valuing the Quinns side but their away record is very poor & The Bay's home record is very good. So simply maths here for me this weekend....The Bay all the way to keep pressure on the top 2. If Warnbro & Mossies do not get the results they need, Safety Bay could go 2nd this weekend with a big win.

This is the upset of the Round for me here but it's a long short. Basso have been playing well at home & recently their scoring has increased both home & away which always gives them every chance of the blow-out rink. They grabbed a cheeky 4pts off Quinns last week which now gives them a look at Finals or at least a win here pretty closely guarantees a 1 White spot for next year. Basso have rang some changes which might impact the overall result.
Of course Mossies will be favourites but they have only won 2 from 6 games away this season which you would expect better & also if they lose, its another 2 from 5 which won't help the PL push. This one will be close & if the Lions are to get up they'll need a hge performance.

Gosnells have lost the last 2 while the Saints have won the last 2 in fine style. What a change in terms. Could the Saints go 3 in a row & start the comeback of the ages? Unlikely but not impossible.
Gosnells are very solid at home only dropping 2 games & have combined that with some big wins. They should be now reading the memo that the bottom side is not to be taken lightly like others have over the last few weeks. The Saints have rejigged some rinks nicely & are back on track. 2 more changes this week but it just mightn't be enough to trouble the home side.
