In the battle of the beef and im giving this one the match of the round as its the Cats host the Bay. The Cats haven’t won since they hosted Sorrento back in round 4 and if they lose this one today they are goneski. Safety Bay on the back of a big win last week aren’t expected to win this one but can jump the Cats if they can get their first away win and maybe even a glimmer of hope in hanging on. Im going to go with the home side but not with a lot of confidence.

A big one here for both sides as the Knights host the Lions. Cambridge will be looking to make it back to back wins at home to keep their finals hopes alive while Basso looking to hang onto 2nd spot. The Knights weren’t flash over their win against Kardy last week and still don’t have Harris in the line up. The Lions have been pretty steady away this year and I think they can get the win today

Sth Perth returning back home this week to take on Sorrento. The Millers sitting in 4th place and need a win today to keep them above the teams chasing finals hopes. Sorrento if the loose this one I think that’s their finals chances over and start getting close to the danger zone. The Millers should be too good at home.

Mt Lawley back at their home ground taking on the Saints. The Mounters can just about put top spot away here should they get the win. This is a big one for the Saints they sit just out of the 4 and would love to get a win here today. The young ones will be the key for the away side but Mt Lawley should get the job done today

Our final game of the round and we have a ripper on our hands as Doubleview host Manning. The View have 2 in a row at home and must win them both to keep their finals hopes alive. The Eagles could jump into 2nd spot with a win here today. Doubleview did beat the eagles the last time they played and im going to back them again today to keep their finals hopes alive
