OUTS:

In our first game it’s the Cats hosting the Saints. Kardy after back-to-back wins will go in confident being at home and another win will certainly help their chances of survival. The Saints just the 1 point out of the 4 will want to win this to keep their finals hopes alive. I think this will be a close one but I think the Cats can get up here.
Kardinya 6-2

INS: Morgan
OUTS: Potts

Cambridge will be looking to make it 4 in a row as they host Sorrento. The Knights going great guns in the second half despite Nairn being out and missing Harris for the first couple of games. Another win today will keep them in the 4 and looking good to make finals. Sorrento are again now playing for survival and are really going to have to dig deep. If they lose this one and Kardy happens to get up I cant see them getting enough wins to catch them in the last 4 rounds. Cambridge haven’t lost at home all season and I don’t think they will again today
Cambridge 7-1

INS: No changes
OUTS:

Doubleview
Gary Nelson, Ben Willesee, Addy Wetzler, Charles Slavich (97W ,54L ,6D)
Blair Griffiths, Bradley Pearce, Ryan Moyle, Bradley White (0W ,0L ,0D)
Michael Leed, Brandon Heta, John Slavich, Anthony Williams (56W ,43L ,6D)
Gavin Faulkner, Stephen Cerff, Tom Whitfield, Kyle McIlroy (130W ,116L ,7D)
INS: Pearce
OUTS: Steele

Match of the round and we are in for a beauty here as Mt Lawley host Doubleview. Mt Lawley still with plenty of points up their sleeve but will want to get back into the winners circle, should they lose this then things just might start to get interesting in the last few rounds. The View 7 points out of the 4 and I think they might have to win this one to stay alive otherwise would need results to their way and win the rest. I think there will be plenty of noise in this game and both look to be full strength, but I think the View can possibly sneak this one
Doubleview 6-2

Bassendean v Safety Bay

Bassendean
Norman Kirkup, Matthew Whitely, Ruairi Kenyon, Simon Alden (63W ,56L ,5D)
Grant Stokes, Brett Tie, Russell Ellis, David Rhodes (64W ,67L ,5D)
Scott Bermingham, Matthew Watson, Linton Pike, Stein Davies (117W ,109L ,17D)
Lloyd McKay, Eugene O'Sullivan, Wesley Neilson, Wayne Neilson (35W ,45L ,9D)
INS: Way Neilson, Tie
OUTS: Hutchinson, Atkinson

Safety Bay
David Smith, Debbie Smith, Matteo Massari, Grant Taylor (1W ,10L ,0D)
Irene Arndt, John Brannan, Robert Parr, Stephen Hide (6W ,5L ,0D)
Scott Foran, Lexie Webster, Matthew Mortensen, Graeme Smith (5W ,8L ,1D)
Jim Hanafee, Gary Ogg, Peter Webster, Chris Carruthers (11W ,16L ,3D)
INS: Massari, Deb Smith, Brannan, Gra Smith, Mortensen
OUTS: Kitson, Newton, Owen, Aar Smith, Dunn

Our final match and it’s the Lions taking on the beef. Bassendean have all of a sudden gone from looking like a top 2 spot into a bit of trouble now looking to play finals. Safety Bay unfortunately are too far out of the safe zone so its just try and ruin it for everyone else and can play quite freely here today. The Lions must win this and really need as many points as possible I think if they lose this one their finals hopes are just about over but they should be too good for the beef.
Bassendean 7 -1
