Skippers records read as NAME (Win,Loss,Draw)
Last 3 rounds and we have 2 defernites. Mt Lawley will finish as minor premiers and Safety Bay will return to white. We have a Friday night match of the round as the Millers host the Mounters. Cambridge undefeated in the second half with a handful of points up their sleeve. 2 points separate the next 4 while the premiers have to keep winning and hope. The Knights the Millers and the Lions all have 2 out of the last 3 at home so im leaning towards that being the top 4 but as we know anything can happen. Let’s get into the fixtures

Match of the round and what a belter this is going to be. Mt Lawley can play quite freely tonight having top spot wrapped up and will go close to getting the all time record if they can win their remaining games. The Millers are tough to beat at home especially on Friday night and really can’t afford to lose this one. Walker is out and Davies is back in to take over the reins. Mt Lawley winning this would not surprise me at all but I’m just leaning towards the home side.
Sth Perth 6-2

OUTS:

Kardy with 2 out of their last 3 at home and they take on the premiers this week. Their only hope of survival is to win them both. They have a horrible task though as they have Mt Lawley and Sth Perth to follow. Doubleview 10 points out of the 4 and not only need to win their last 3 but I think they will need around 22 out of 24 points to be any hope of defending their flag. Always tough at Kardy to get points but I think the View can get the job done comfortably
Doubleview 7-1

Cambridge v Manning

Miles Kemp, Mark Wunnenberg, Laura Butler, Nathan Jones (7W ,10L ,1D)
INS: Heal, Krstic
OUTS: Lil, C Packer

Another beauty as the Knights take on the Eagles. A win for the Knights should just about seal a top 4 spot for finals but will be wanting to chase the double chance. Should they lose their first home game they have 2 tough ones to finish in Doubleview and Mt Lawley. Kristic comes back into the line up and Marquee Cody is out. A win for the eagles would set them up nicely as they have Safety Bay at home next week. I gotta stick with the Knights they should be too good at home
Cambridge 7-1

Safety Bay v Osborne Park

Irene Arndt, John Brannan, Robert Parr, Stephen Hide (6W ,7L ,0D)

Jim Hanafee, Gary Ogg, Peter Webster, Chris Carruthers (11W ,18L ,3D)
INS: Boddy
OUTS: Taylor

Osborne Park
Tyrone Alberti, Gordon King, Connor Biddle, Ryan Brown (34W ,33L ,2D)
John Goddard, Christopher Orchard, Kevin Pickering, Segan Pasalich (10W ,7L ,2D)
Ian Lilburne, Andrew Pasalich, Callum Alberti, Jack East (30W ,18L ,2D)
Grant Nicol, Shari Solly, Tristan Massang, Dale Marsland (30W ,28L ,1D)
INS: No changes
OUTS:

The Saints heading down to take on Safety Bay. After losing last week at home they really cant afford to lose this one today. The Bay have had some good wins against the higher end of the table and will be hoping to ruin the Saints chances of finals. Im going to go a sneaky 1 rink upset for the home side in this one
Safety bay 5-3

OUTS:

Our final game of the round and we return to the Den as the Lions take on Sorrento. For the home side its in their hands really, win both their home games and that should see them in the finals. Sorrento with the horrible draw that Kardy have to finish I cant see them being caught but will still want to win this one just in case.
Bassendean 7-1
