A loss last week has probably consigned Kardinya to 2nd place on the ladder unless there is a slip up from Kalamunda over the final 2 weeks of the season. Rockingham in with a chance at 3rd place and a win in this one would go a long way to securing this position. At home though Kardinya will start as warm favourites and Rockingham’s form on the road has generally been pretty poor. So Kardinya to take this one pretty comfortably in the end.

Huge match here for both sides with Thornlie desperately needing points to get out of 10th place whilst Dalkeith also looking to get themselves out of relegation territory. Dalkeith would be buoyed by there 1 shot win last week over Kardinya but a trip to Thornlie is not an easy task. Thornlie making 3 changes to their side for this match and they will come out swinging in this one. Of note for Dalkeith, Michael Yates will play as skipper against his old side this week and I am sure that he will be looking to impress. I think Dalkeith could cause an upset in this one and consign Thornlie to 2nd division next
Dalkeith 6-2

Cockburn now in with a real chance of securing 3rd place on the ladder and they will fancy their chances against Rossmoyne at home this week. Whilst not a religious man, Mayor Lang has been taking the entire Rossmoyne squad to the local church during the week for 45 minutes of solid prayers. He figures this might be there best chance of causing an upset. And what an upset it would be but unfortunately I cannot see it happening and Rossmoyne could be in real pain in this one.

Kalamunda with one hand on the trophy will be very keen to continue on their winning way against Willetton this weekend. Rumours from the Kalamunda camp suggest that King Bill has placed a significant T shirt and cap order with the words “Premiers 2025” on the front. But Willetton will not make things easy for Kalamunda particularly with Girvan back in the side. At home they have been hard to toss all season and this should be no different. A win in this one would give them hope of getting back into 3rd place and finals action. This should be a close one for some distance but I think Kalamunda can sneak home and start some celebrations.

Forrestfield will go in as strong favourites in this one in what should be another thrilling encounter. Warnbro will want as many points as possible knowing that they have a home game next week and an opportunity to secure an aggregate victory. Conversely Forrestfield will want as many points as possible and I think Warnbro could be vulnerable this week. On paper the Forrestfield side looks very solid and I think that they can take this one pretty comfortably.
