OUTS: Feszczak, Heldt

Interesting match up to kick off round 7. Both teams a bit hit and miss with comfortable wins at home but struggle street away from home. Rockingham look capable of pushing higher up the ladder but seem to lack consistency. The Simpson/Currie rink has been down recently and they will be looking to get back on the winners list this week and lead Rockingham to a win. Mayor Lang will be looking to inspire his troops and rumour has it that he and a core group of players will be spending the night camping in Rockingham so that they van hit the Greens first thing in the morning. Despite the Rossmoyne players going the extra mile Rockingham should be too good at home and record a comfortable win.
Rockingham 7-1

Another very interesting match up between the two teams most recently promoted from 2nd division. Both have made a pretty good fist of things to this point with Cockburn 4th and Willetton 7th. I think Cockburn have taken on Warnbro like status when playing at home and its hard to see them dropping a match on home greens this season. But can they pinch a couple of away wins to get them to the pointy end of the ladder. I think they could be a sneaky chance against a Willetton side that has been extremely consistent this season. Controlling the Girvan rink will be key for Cockburn. A difficult match to predict but am going to go with the home side to record a narrow win.
Willetton 6-2

Robert Chalmers, Gary McDonald, David Park, Wayne Olive
INS: No changes
OUTS:

Top of the table Kalamunda take on bottom placed Forrestfield in another interesting match up. On the surface this looks to be a fait accompli for Kalamunda however Forrestfield will be desperate for a win to get their season back on track. I think this could be closer than most might think and I do give them a real chance to cause an upset. Essentially beat the Brandsma rink or control them to a narrow win and they will have a real chance at the aggregate. Kalamunda need to keep winning to retain top spot an I think that they will do just enough to get the points.
Kalamunda 6-2

Rob Kelly, John McCormack, Rob Moran, Lindsay Richardson
INS: Green, Foster
OUTS: Gryta, Redeckis

Dalkeith back in some sort of form after a slow start to the season but they will have their work cut out against the 2nd placed Kardinya outfit away from home. Despite some improved form at home Dalkeith has struggled away and I expect that this match will be no different. Kardinya look a class outfit with Danny Comrie and ironman Norm Ball leading the way. Dalkeith will try hard and with Jesse Brown/Mike Zusman in good form and the return of Michael Yates helping to strengthen the team they will do ok but Kardinya to end up winning comfortably.
Kardinya 7-1

Thornlie v Warnbro

Warnbro

Les Kellow, Ian Gibson, John Isgar, Troy Dellar
Peter Hartnett, Terry Williams, Scott Christie, George Jackson
David Fitzpatrick, Thomas Watson, John Radford, Barry Kalinowsky
INS: Wilson, Williams
OUTS: Guelfi, D Watson

Both teams hanging in to this point with strong form at home but not a lot when hitting the road. I expect this match will be no different although with Kalinowsky back in good form and the ever consistent Dr G toiling away Warnbro will as always give it their best shot. But it seems that as soon as they leave the district of Warnbro the energy just disappears. Thornlie plugging away in 8th position will need this one or things will really start to get difficult. I expect they will be too good for Warnbro and record a comfortable win.
Thornlie 7-1
