Great opportunity her for the Lions to storm up the ladder as they take on the newcomers. Rhodes comes back into the lineup but Wayne Neilson is out. Cockburn are desperate for a win and would love to get the chocolates away from home but I got to go with Basso.

Should be a beauty this one as the Millers host the Eagles. The Millers getting a fair few home games in the first half and will be wanting as many points as possible. Manning have had a few players head back from Tassie in the last couple of days and in comes Laura Butler for the first time this season. Hard to pick this one but Manning do have 3 ex Millers players in the line up I think that might get them over the line.
Manning 6-2

Unbelievably the View heading into this game still in search in the first win. Like last year its going to be a long road back but you can never right them off. Leeming would love to pounce and keep them winless and give themselves a bit of room from the beef. Doubleview have to win this if they don’t I think it could be super big heck.
Doubleview 7-1

The premiers have hit their straps and will be looking to continue on their winning way. For memory I think Sorrento might have got the chocolates last year and would love to do it again. As usual I’m terrible backing Sorrento and they could cause an upset here but it’s the premiers for me.
Mt Lawley 7-1

The Saints will be looking to keep their undefeated streak going as they face a doubleheader. First they host the Knights before heading to Sorrento. The Knights could do with a win here or will start to drop out of the mix. The Saints at home though I cant go against them

Catch up game being played on the Sunday sees Sorrento hosting the Saints. If the Saints can get the double its going to sit them nicely on top of the table and looking to be the team to beat as we approach the half way mark. Sorrento back at home after battling the premiers and I think they can win this once.
