Welcome back to the 2nd half of the season with just the 1 game in January. Mt Lawley looking to extend their lead and stamp their mark on the comp while its all up in the air with the next 7 sides. Kardy and Safety Bay, can they make a charge to hang onto premier, only time will tell but we have some good matches this week so lets have a look

Kardy finishing off the first half in the beef and have some work to do. A couple of changes to the line up see’s Holmes and Adams making their debut while Henley goes back to blue. The Lions can really set themselves up here with a win and make it harder for the teams chasing them for a top 2 spot. I think this is a must win for the Cats so let’s see what they can do
Kardinya 6-2

Match of the round as the Millers host the Knights and if its anything like round 1 it should be another beauty. A win for the home side could close the gap on 2nd and have made a couple of positional changes alongside Mitch Biglin coming back into the side. For the visitors Blake Nairn comes back from the UK in his final game and has Paradise Point teammate Kobe Barton as a marquee as his 3rd. Im picking another close one here but it’s the Millers for me.

Its go time for the premiers and have 3 of their first 4 games at home. For those that read my mid season predictions I think these guys can still make the finals. Sorrento are right in the mix and beat these guys at home convincingly in round 1, if they can do it again will make a fair push towards finals hopes. I gotta go the View however
Doubleview 7-1

Big one here for both sides as the Eagles host the Saints. Manning after losing their last couple in close battles will be wanting to hold onto the top 4 with a win today. I think the Saints need to win this one if they want to play finals and wouldn’t surprise me if they did. It should be a close one and a great game but will go with Manning
